At Heal the Soul, we strive to ensure that each product and service we offer brings value and healing to your life. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Perfumes (Wearables)
Due to the nature of our energy-infused perfumes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is received in a damaged condition.
Damaged Items
If your perfume arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at healthesoul33@gmail.com with photos of the damage and your order details. Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
To be eligible:

The item must be unworn and unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Healing Services
All healing sessions, rituals, and spiritual offerings are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked. These services are personalized, energetically prepared, and time-bound.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

European Union Customers
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
